A cutting die is a cost that is hard to justify for a short run or an unusual size. Kartoniki.eu makes long, unusual and large-format corrugated boxes on Boxmaker and Autobox machines, completely without the cost of tooling.

Boxes made to size, without dies

Thanks to Boxmaker and Autobox machines we produce boxes quickly to the dimensions you give us, with no cost of cutting dies. Board is available in 3, 5 and 7 plies.

When it pays off

• short runs of one size,

We work with formats up to 10 m × 3 m. For the heaviest goods see 7-ply and heavy-duty packaging.

For large volumes

Classic FEFCO 0201 boxes are produced in large volumes on slotting and rotary die-cutting machines, with flexographic print in up to 4 colours. Do short runs need a cutting die?

No. On Boxmaker and Autobox machines the boxes are made without the cost of tooling, that is without cutting dies.

How quickly can such boxes be made?

The machines allow quick production. We confirm the exact date in the quote, and delivery by freight forwarder depends on the destination.

How large can the boxes be?

We work with formats up to 10 m × 3 m (10,000 × 3,000 mm), in 3-, 5- and 7-ply board.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum wholesale order is one pallet. Short runs are agreed per specification.
