Corrugated fillers made to order
We design and produce dedicated corrugated inserts, cut on a stamping machine, together with grids and dividers. They stabilise and protect the product inside the outer carton.
Multi-material systems with trusted partners
Thanks to cooperation with trusted external suppliers, we can compose a complete packing system that combines our corrugated packaging with other cushioning materials, for example foam inserts, polystyrene or honeycomb elements, adapted to the requirements of the protected goods.
Test before you invest
Before series production we make physical mock-ups, so you can check how the product sits and how the system behaves. See packaging design and prototyping.
What to send us
- dimensions, weight and shape of the product, with any fragile points,
- the way it is transported: parcel, pallet or export,
- a photo or a sample of the product, and the expected quantity.

Do you make inserts and dividers yourselves?
Yes. We design and produce corrugated fillers, grids and dividers, and cut them on a stamping machine.
Can corrugated be combined with foam or polystyrene?
Yes. Together with trusted external suppliers we can compose a complete packing system. The foam, polystyrene or honeycomb elements come from our partners.
Can I test the system before ordering a series?
Yes. We make physical mock-ups before series production, in cooperation with proven partners.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum wholesale order is one pallet. Details for multi-material systems are agreed per specification.
