Packaging Design and Prototyping: Mock-Ups Before Series Production

A box that does not fit the product, the load or the transport route is expensive, and you only find out after the series is produced. At Kartoniki.eu we design the packaging with you and let you test a physical model before series production starts.

Structural and graphic design

We create packaging from scratch, matched exactly to the dimensions and weight of the product, the form of transport and the brand vision of your customer. Board is available in 3, 5 and 7 plies, with custom sizes up to 10 m × 3 m and flexographic (up to 4 colours) or digital printing.

Prototypes and mock-ups

Before series production we make physical trial models, in cooperation with proven partners. This removes the risk of construction errors and allows packing tests before the final investment. Samples are also available, so you can check board, dimensions and print.

What to send us

  • dimensions and weight of the product,
  • the way it is transported: parcel, pallet or export,
  • stacking and storage conditions,
  • printing and branding requirements, and the expected quantity.

Once the mock-up is approved we move to series production. If you plan regular supply, see just-in-time delivery and call-off production and our wholesale terms for resellers. Send your enquiry through the form on our home page.
